Ticket transfers are enabled by default and can be turned off at any time or set to be disabled at a set time prior to your event.
To Manage Ticket Transfers For Your Event:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and select the event you would like to manage.
2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Advanced Setting' option from the menu down the left side of your Event's Manage page.
3. In the 'Advanced Ticketing' section at the top of the page, locate the 'Ticket Transfers' setting. Click the dropdown menu and select your preference.
4. Click 'Save' located at the top left of your screen.
